If you have decided you would like to apply to medical school or dental school, you are probably aware that you are likely going to have to sit the UCAT test, which is the most widely used aptitude test by medical and dental schools in the UK. Scoring well at the UCAT is an important component of success when applying to universities and it’s perfectly understandable if you want to focus on starting with practice tests straight away.
However, note that there are a few logistics surrounding the UCAT as well, such as registration and booking a test date that have pretty strict deadlines. You are required to sit the UCAT 2022 if you are applying for entry in 2023 (or deferred entry in 2024) to a relevant course at a UK Consortium or non-UK Associate Member University.
How Do I Register For UCAT?
Registration for an account for UCAT 2022 opens on 24th May 2022 at 9 am via the Pearson Vue website. Once UCAT registration opens , you’ll have to create an online account. When you register you should:

About the UCAT
UCAT (UK Clinical Aptitude Test) formerly known as UKCAT is an admissions test conducted by UCAT Consortium every year. UCAT is used by medical and dental schools in the UK to test a student's readiness and mental ability to study medicine and dentistry programs leading to clinical careers in healthcare. Currently, 27 out of the 34 medical schools in the UK use the UCAT/ UKCAT score as part of their admissions process.
UCAT is a 120-minute computer-based aptitude test with five timed sections with multiple-choice questions. The UCAT Exam score ranges between 1200 and 3600. Each section is scored on a scale of 300 to 900 and Situational Judgement is scored from Band 1 to Band 4 with Band 1 as the highest-rated and Band 4 as the lowest. A high score enhances the chances of getting admissions in top medical schools such as Manchester, Dundee, Liverpool, and St. Andrews School of Medicine. We at GuideMe provide one of the best UCAT/ UKCAT classes in Dubai designed to achieve high scores.
